Disability Support Worker – Complex Support & Community Access

Dash Access and Inclusion Services is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Disability Support Worker to join our growing team.

This role involves providing one-on-one support to a participant with complex behaviours of concern, with a solid focus on community access, building rapport, and promoting independence. We are looking for someone who remains calm under pressure, communicates confidently, and is committed to delivering person-centred support.

About the role
12 hours per week to start (Monday and Tuesday, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm).
Prospect for additional shifts and clients as the organisation continues to grow.

About you
Previous experience supporting participants with behaviours of concern and/or complex support needs is essential.
Experience supporting people with mental health conditions is highly regarded.
Confident implementing behaviour support strategies and following behaviour support plans.
Willingness and confidence to safely transport participants in your own vehicle.
