Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$86,000 per year + super

This is a full-time permanent position working 38 hours per week.

East Avenue Espresso is a busy Greek-inspired cafe in 0atley avenue looking for an experienced Chef to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook Greek-inspired breakfast and lunch dishes
Grill and prep souvlaki wraps, lamb, pork, chicken daily
Make sauces and dips from scratch including tzatziki and hummus
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
Manage stock, ordering, and food preparation
Work efficiently during busy cafe service

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience as a Chef in a cafe or restaurant
Experience with Mediterranean/Greek cuisine preferred
Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays
Food Safety Certificate and RSA an advantage
Must have the right to work in Australia
