Breakfast Chef – Menu Development | Mornington Peninsula

We're looking for an experienced Breakfast Chef to join our team and help create something special.

This is more than just a cooking role—we're looking for someone with a passion for breakfast, creativity in menu development, and the ability to deliver consistently high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen.

About the Role
Design and develop a fresh, contemporary breakfast menu
Prepare and cook breakfast service to a high standard
Cost recipes and minimise food waste
Maintain excellent food presentation and consistency
Work with management to refine and evolve the menu
Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards

What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a breakfast chef
Strong menu development and recipe creation skills
Knowledge of current café and brunch trends
Ability to work efficiently under pressure




Passion for fresh, seasonal produce
Reliable, organised and a positive team player
