Ensure meals are prepared, cooked and baked according to recipes and quality standards.
Wash, peel, chop, and portion food ingredients.
Keep the kitchen, workstations, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitized.
Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
Store food properly and rotate stock using FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.
Monitor inventory and report low stock levels to the supervisor.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures.
Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
Complete opening and closing kitchen duties as required.
Pay: $26.44 – $35.00 per hour
