Carpenter (Full time) Employer: 3L Build Pty Ltd Location: Braybrook VIC, 3019 Salary: $83,000 per annum plus superannuation 3L Build Pty Ltd is seeking a full time Carpenter to join our team working on commercial fit-out and renovation projects across Melbourne.
Key duties:
Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Measure, cut and install timber and other building materials.
Construct and install wall and ceiling framing, partitions, doors, windows and flooring.
Install joinery, fixtures and fittings.
Carry out renovation, alteration and maintenance works.
Ensure work is completed in accordance with project specifications and workplace safety requirements.
Requirements:
At least a Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent qualification.
At least one year of relevant full time work experience as a Carpenter or in a closely related occupation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
