Catering Project are looking for a casual experienced Sandwich Hand.

Reporting to the section head this role is a casual role based at our production kitchen in Dockland VIC 3008.

What you'll be doing
Prepare and assemble a variety of sandwiches, wraps, and other cold meal items to meet customer orders
Ensure all food preparation and presentation meets strict quality and food safety standards
Collaborate with the kitchen team to identify process improvements and implement efficiencies
Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked sandwich preparation area

What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience as a sandwich hand or similar food preparation role in a commercial kitchen setting




Solid attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high food quality and safety standards
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing customer demands
Valuable communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the kitchen team
Knowledge of food handling and food safety regulations
Available from 4am and able to work up to 30 hours a week.
