Chips Property Trade Services runs commercial maintenance work for big-name retail, government and health clients across NSW and the ACT — not construction. You're not tied to a build program, you're not waiting on other trades, and you're not doing the same job on repeat for six months straight.

The chance

You run your own day. Different sites, different problems, different clients — sometimes three or four locations in one day. No site foreman breathing down your neck, no waiting around for the next trade to finish up. You get the job, you work out how to fix it and you move on.

What you need
Full Australian working rights

Current White Card
Plumbing Licence + Cert III (non-negotiable) or IV
TMV/backflow experience — bonus points, not a dealbreaker
