Task and responsibilities.
Provide direct support and assistance to clients with disabilities, both in-homeandcommunity settings
Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation,andmedication management
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration withhealthcareprofessionals
Encourage clients to participate in social, recreational, and community activities
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Monitor and report on the physical and emotional well-being of clients
Foster a protected, supportive, and respectful workplace for all clients

Qualification & experience
Previous experience (1 to 2 years) as a Disability Support Worker or in a similar role.
Understanding of disability care, person-centered practices, and support plans
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Solid interpersonal and communication skills
Empathy, patience, and a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities
Relevant qualifications (e.g., Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent)

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
