Requirements
Assess, plan and deliver individualised exercise physiology programs
Work across [caseload mix — e.g. NDIS, DVA, aged care, chronic disease management, workers comp, private — confirm]
Partner with GPs, physios and the wider team so clients get the best possible outcome
Keep clear, compliant clinical notes and track real outcome measures
What you'll bring
Full accreditation as an AEP with ESSA (Exercise & Sports Science Australia)
Looking for 2 years of experience, perhaps some of that was more gym based.
A current Working with Vulnerable People registration (TAS) and National Police Check
Provider numbers, or eligibility, for Medicare, DVA and NDIS
Genuine warmth, and a knack for making clients feel capable
