Caffe Rosso Bowral is an Italian inspired restaurant in Bowral, NSW, offering a truly unique dining experience with up-to-date Italian cuisine that is both delicious and affordable. Caffe Rosso Bowral is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the business.
Duties to be performed:
· Menu planning in collaboration with the head chef
· Managing day to day operation of the business referring to the owner
· Managing budget and cash deck transactions,
· Meeting and coordinating with suppliers and vendors, in alignment with the business' budget and quality standards.
· Ordering stock and goods.
· Ensuring all areas are organized and well presented in according to the health and safety policies and procedures,
· Hiring and training recent staff and managing the rosters
· Managing and addressing customers’ complaints and suggestions.
Requirements
· The right candidate will have at least 3 years of experience
· A can-do attitude and ability of working independently.
Position: Full Time (at least 38 hours per week)
Salary: $73,000 – 80,000 per year depending on experience
