Our privately owned and operated long day care service in Naremburn on Sydney's lower north shore, is seeking experienced early childhood teachers to lead the 2 – 3 year old and 3 – 5 year old teams and the pre-school programs. The positions are full time and for immediate start.

Applicants must possess:
A bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification recognised by ACEQA
Full working rights in Australia
Current first aid and allergy/anaphylaxis certificates as well as a current working with children clearance
A working knowledge of the EYLF and NQF frameworks
A natural affinity to positively interact with children 2 – 5 years
Experience in developing and implementing an educational program targeted at school readiness




Experience in leading a team and individual mentoring of educators to deliver consistent high levels of performance
Transparent and concise written communication skills to record child specific observations and evaluations
A commitment to continuous improvement across daily processes and team member abilities
