We are looking to recruit an experienced Head Barista/Supervisor to join the café in Southbank.

Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Head Barista or in a senior coffee-focused role.
Proven experience working in a high-volume café producing at least 40kg of coffee per week.
Expert-level barista skills, including espresso extraction, grinder calibration, milk texturing, latte art, and consistently producing exceptional coffee.
Solid knowledge of coffee beans, extraction methods, equipment maintenance, and quality control.
Understand café workflows and contribute to improving efficiency and overall performance.
Ability to train, coach, and lead the wider team while setting and maintaining high coffee standards.
Customer-focused approach, creating a warm and memorable experience for every guest.
Conduct stock taking, manage inventory levels, and place orders with suppliers.
Monitor sales performance and labour costs to support productive café operations.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
