What you’ll be doing:
Welcoming guests and setting the tone for their experience
Delivering warm, attentive and knowledgeable service
Communicating clearly with both guests and the kitchen team
Maintaining awareness of the floor during service
Helping create the lively and welcoming atmosphere Luigi’s is loved for
Requirements:
Must be available to work Thursday,
Friday and Saturday nights
Must have Australian work rights (no sponsorship)
Must be punctual and reliable
A team player who works well with others
Strong spoken English required to confidently communicate with guests and the team
RSA certificate (or willing to obtain) Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
Wine knowledge
Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced setting
Professional presentation and robust attention to detail
Ability to take initiative and anticipate guest needs during service
