Personal Support Worker (PCW) Required – Richmond Valley (Evans Head & Woodburn)

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Support Worker to provide high-quality in-home care and support to two clients located in the Richmond Valley area.

This prospect is ideal for a support worker looking for consistent, ongoing hours while supporting clients to remain independent and connected within their community.

About the role:
Supporting two clients located in Evans Head and Woodburn
Providing personal care and social support
Assisting clients to maintain independence, wellbeing, and quality of life
Building positive relationships and providing person-centred care
Total of approximately 12 hours per week
Services scheduled on:
Monday
Wednesday
Friday
Includes both morning and afternoon shifts

About you:
We are looking for someone who is:
A qualified and experienced Support Worker
Compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional care




Confident providing personal care and community/social support
Qualified, respectful, and able to build strong client relationships
Able to work independently while being part of a supportive team

Requirements:
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability, or equivalent)
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Current Police Check
Current Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable insured vehicle
Right to work in Australia
