VeiraMal Consulting is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our business in Melbourne. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can work well in a team, with robust communication skills.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. The successful applicant will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to support business decision-making, identify trends, and improve operational performance. This role requires solid analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualisations to support business operations.
Interpret data and identify trends, patterns, and prospects for business improvement.
Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for management and key stakeholders.
Work closely with internal teams to understand reporting requirements and provide data-driven insights.
Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of organisational data.
Assist in developing and improving data collection processes and reporting systems.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)



and recommend strategies to enhance business performance.
Identify anomalies and data quality issues and implement appropriate solutions.
Support business planning and strategic decision-making through analytical reporting.

Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in a Data Analyst role (or equivalent combination of qualifications and experience).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL.
Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.

Remuneration: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 + Super

Location: Unit 2, 480 Collins Street Melbourne Vic, 3000
