Rashays Cafes & Restaurants Pty Ltd operates a growing network of restaurant locations supported by centralised information and communications technology systems. Our operations rely on secure, reliable and integrated network infrastructure, servers, business applications, point-of-sale systems, payment platforms, online ordering systems and telecommunications services.

We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to administer, maintain, monitor and optimise the organisation’s ICT systems and infrastructure across our head office and restaurant locations.

Main responsibilities
Install, configure and maintain the company’s servers, networks, operating systems and ICT infrastructure.
Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, user accounts and access permissions.
Monitor system and network performance and troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues.
Maintain switches, routers, firewalls, wireless networks, VPNs and endpoint devices.
Support business-critical applications, POS systems, payment platforms and online ordering systems.
Perform system updates, patching, backups, disaster recovery and security maintenance.
Test systems and applications following upgrades,



deployments and configuration changes.
Maintain technical documentation, ICT asset records and system configuration information.
Coordinate with external technology and telecommunications providers to resolve technical issues.
Recommend improvements to system performance, reliability, security and scalability.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor of Information Technology or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1 year of relevant skilled experience in systems administration, ICT infrastructure support or a similar technical role.
Experience administering Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365 and user access controls.
Practical knowledge of network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points and VPNs.
Experience supporting servers, virtual machines, operating systems, business applications, POS systems and payment platforms.
Knowledge of system security, patch management, backups, disaster recovery and technical documentation.
Robust troubleshooting, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
