We are excited to commence services at Iglu Student Accommodation and are currently seeking a hardworking, reliable, and motivated Cleaning Supervisor with solid leadership, communication, and organisational skills to join our team at 6 Central Park Avenue, Chippendale NSW 2008.

The position
Full Time Supervisor
Monday to Friday 6:00am - 2:06pm (38 hours per week)

As a member our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within each residential home, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents and other workers.

Experience as a Cleaning Supervisor

As the Supervisor you will be responsible for coordinating the work of Grade 1 Cleaners on site, being the first point of contact with our client and ensuring a high-quality service is delivered for them. Some of your key responsibilities will include:




General cleaning duties, including offices and common areas.
Supervision of onsite cleaning team members.
Participation in briefings.
Operation of cleaning machinery (e.g. vacuums, steam cleaners, scrubbers, etc.)
Responsibility for maintaining cleaning standars on site.
Managing and resolving client feedback and reporting outcomes to the client.
Working closely with the onsite team and Cirka management.
Administration task including rostering, shift approvals and safety culture tasks.

Essencial experience in:
Cleaning
Managing people
Site inspections
Staff training
Indidents reports
Performance reviews
Administration area
