Part-Time Housekeeping Supervisors –

We are seeking motivated and detail-focused Housekeeping Supervisors to join our dynamic team. This role is primarily responsible for maintaining exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards through thorough room inspections, quality checks, and ongoing feedback to room attendants.

You will play a key role in ensuring all guest rooms and public areas consistently meet brand and hotel standards, with a strong focus on accuracy, presentation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure high-quality cleanliness and presentation standards are met.
Provide clear, constructive feedback to room attendants on areas for improvement and best practices.
Support continuous improvement in cleaning quality and attention to detail.
Ensure housekeeping procedures, policies, and safety standards are consistently followed.
Monitor and report on quality issues, maintenance needs, and presentation concerns.




Work closely with the housekeeping and hotel management team to uphold service excellence.

Key Requirements:
Exceptional attention to detail and a robust commitment to high-quality standards.
Proven experience in room inspections, quality control, or senior housekeeping roles.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide professional and supportive feedback.
Solid organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a quick-paced hotel environment.
Sound knowledge of cleaning chemicals, techniques, and WHS requirements.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Working rights in Australia.
