What You'll Do
Lead the kitchen team to deliver quality meals every day
Prepare fresh meals, bulk production and texture modified food
Support personalised dining experiences for residents
Maintain high standards across food safety and kitchen operations
Work closely with the care team to deliver exceptional service

Confident managing kitchen operations and supporting a team
