About the Role:

We are seeking an ICT Systems Analyst to assess client technology environments and design solutions that meet business and technical requirements.



Full-time permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyse existing client systems and identify limitations, risks, and improvement prospects
Design and document technical solutions and system architectures
Evaluate hardware, software, and infrastructure options and make recommendations
Develop and review technical specifications and system documentation
Liaise with clients and internal teams throughout the design and implementation phases
Test and validate systems against requirements

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in systems analysis or a similar technical role
Robust understanding of system design principles and enterprise IT environments
Experience with cloud infrastructure, networking, or enterprise applications desirable
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
