We are seeking a passionate, high-energy Head Barista / Manager to lead our team and drive the daily operations of our busy cafe. You will be the face of the business, responsible for maintaining exceptional coffee standards while managing front-of-house staff, stock control, and customer service.

This is a hands-on role perfect for an experienced senior barista looking for their next step, or an established manager who loves working behind the machine.

Key Responsibilities
Coffee Excellence: Dial in grinders, monitor extraction, pour high-quality latte art, and maintain coffee equipment daily.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, roster, and motivate a small team of baristas and floor staff.
Daily Operations: Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Stock & Supplier Management: Order coffee beans, milk, food items,



and consumables while managing wastage.
Customer Experience: Maintain a welcoming atmosphere, handle customer feedback, and build a loyal local regular base.

What We Are Looking For
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Senior Barista, Head Barista, or Cafe Supervisor.
Advanced specialty coffee skills (dialing in, milk texturing, workflow management under pressure).
Robust leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Availability to work weekend shifts and early mornings.
Basic understanding of food safety standards and cafe margins/budgeting is a plus.

Pay: $26.44 – $48.61 per hour
