Supportr is a disability support services provider dedicated to delivering compassionate, person-centred care across Queensland. As we grow our aged care services in Brisbane, we're looking for an experienced Team Leader to join us in a blended part time leadership and direct support role.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This part-time opportunity is perfect for a confident, compassionate leader who thrives in both a leadership capacity and a client-facing workplace. You'll lead our support worker team while playing a hands-on role in delivering our disability services in Brisbane.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of disability and aged care support workers
Overseeing rostering and scheduling to ensure staffing and continuity of care
Managing client intake, care planning, and coordination within our aged care stream
A mix of support work and team leader operations
Assisting with the growth and development of Supportr
Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
3–5 years' experience in disability support, aged care,
or community services
Demonstrated experience in a team leader, supervisor, or coordination role
Leadership experience in health or community services is acceptable for this role
Strong understanding of person-centred care principles
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Working With Children Check — Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
Valid Queensland driver's licence
Certificate III or IV qualification in a relevant field is required
