We're looking for a passionate, people-focused and motivated Front of Brewery Supervisor to join our BrewPub team. This is a hands-on supervision role where you'll work alongside the team, deliver exceptional service and create the welcoming atmosphere that BentSpoke is known for.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for:
Delivering outstanding customer experiences and exceptional food and beverage service
Supervising and supporting food and beverage attendants during service
Creating a warm, engaging and inclusive atmosphere for guests
Training team members and promoting a positive team culture
Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and service
Ensuring operational procedures, liquor licensing requirements and safety standards are followed
Working closely with bar, kitchen and brewery teams to deliver a seamless guest experience

About You





We're looking for someone with:
Previous hospitality experience and the ability to supervise a small team
A current ACT RSA
A passion for craft beer and hospitality
Robust customer service and communication skills
A positive, hands-on leadership style
Excellent presentation and professionalism
A reliable work ethic and commitment to quality
Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays
