As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while helping maintain a fun, rapid-paced, and welcoming workplace.

What you'll be doing
Greeting and seating guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
Taking food and beverage orders accurately and confidently.
Delivering food and drinks promptly while ensuring every table has an exceptional experience.
Building genuine rapport with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Working closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service.
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the dining room throughout service.
Handling payments and operating the POS system.
Assisting with opening, closing, and general venue duties as required.

What we're looking for

A robust work ethic and willingness to learn.
Attention to detail and pride in your work.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential—we value attitude over experience.
