Role Overview

As a Disability Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
Providing personal care and support tailored to each client’s needs
Assisting with household tasks such as meal preparation and cleaning
Supporting community participation and recreational activities
Working collaboratively with clients, families, and allied specialists to achieve positive outcomes

Requirements





To be successful in this role, you must have:
Minimum 6 months experience in disability or aged care
Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or Aged Care (preferred)
Mandatory certifications:
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Manual Handling Certificate
First Aid & CPR Certificate
Working with Children Check
Infection Control Certificate
NDIS Orientation Module
Valid Victorian driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
Work rights: Eligible to work in Australia

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $37.00 – $59.90 per hour
