We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Female Disability Support Worker to provide one-on-one support to a male participant in his 40s. The successful applicant will assist with personal care, manual handling, and overnight sleepover shifts while promoting the participant's independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care assistance in a respectful and skilled manner.
Perform manual handling tasks safely, using appropriate techniques and equipment.
Support the participant with daily living activities as required.
Essential Requirements
Experience in disability support or a similar care role.
Confidence and experience with personal care and manual handling.
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Valid Australian Driver Licence and reliable vehicle (preferred).
Excellent communication skills and a caring, skilled attitude.
Pay: $40.00 – $65.00 per hour
