We are looking for a agile, highly organised person. You will demonstrate excellent customer service skills. You will have a high level of attention to detail along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients with a friendly and qualified manner.
Manage appointment bookings and patient records.
Support the practice manager.
Handle phone and email inquiries promptly and courteously.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Process billing and payments.
Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Medicare, workcover and TAC
Knowledge of accreditation standards.
Ability to develop quality working relationships.
Time management skills, problem solving skills.
