We are looking for a motivated and safety-focused Sales Loader to join our busy quarry team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a quick-paced setting and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

As a Sales Loader, you will be responsible for safely loading customer trucks and dog trailers with quarry products, maintaining stockpiles, and ensuring the yard operates efficiently throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities
Safely and efficiently load customer trucks and dog trailers with sand and other quarry products.
Destock and manage sand stockpiles to ensure product availability.
Operate front-end loaders and other mobile plant in accordance with site procedures.
Provide friendly and skilled customer service.
Conduct pre-start inspections and report any equipment faults or maintenance requirements.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work workplace.
Follow all company policies and safety procedures.




Work collaboratively with the production and sales teams to keep operations running smoothly.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience operating a front-end loader (quarry experience is highly regarded).
A current Loader Ticket/Competency (or relevant operating experience).
A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent teamwork skills while also being able to work independently with minimal supervision.
A proactive attitude with the initiative to identify and complete tasks without being directed.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Reliability, punctuality, and a solid work ethic.

Pay: $26.82 – $45.57 per hour
