We’re a coffee business with multiple locations across Sydney CBD, looking for an experienced barista to join the team on a full-time basis. This is a secure, weekday-only role with consistent hours.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee to a consistent standard across high-volume periods
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and equipment
Manage stock levels (milk, beans, cups, etc.) and communicate reorder needs
Provide friendly, productive customer service
Work collaboratively with the team to keep service running smoothly during peak hours
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ barista experience in Australia (latte art not required)
Comfortable working at a pace that supports 6kg+ bean throughput per day
Available Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Must be legally entitled to work in Australia and taxed correctly (on the books)

$35/hour on the books, plus superannuation
