The Role We are looking for a reliable and motivated Air Conditioning Technician/Installer to join our team. You will be responsible for installing, servicing, diagnosing, and repairing a range of air conditioning systems while ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Install split systems, multi-split systems, ducted systems, and VRF/VRV air conditioning units. Carry out servicing, preventative maintenance, and repairs. Diagnose faults and provide effective solutions. Perform pressure testing, vacuuming, refrigerant charging, and commissioning. Read and interpret installation drawings and specifications. Complete service reports and job documentation. Maintain a clean and safe worksite. Provide friendly and professional customer service. Work independently and as part of a team.



Essential Requirements Experience in air conditioning installation and servicing. Current Australian Driver’s Licence. White Card. Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick) or ability to obtain. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and time management skills. Ability to work safely and efficiently. Physically fit and capable of manual handling. Desirable Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. Electrical Disconnect/Reconnect Licence. Experience with Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Fujitsu, Samsung, Panasonic, or Actron systems.
