At Little French Nest, we are looking for a full time (at least 38 hours per week) skilled Cook to perform the following duties:

Responsibilities
Prepare meals in line with the restaurant standards
Support the ordering of food and supplies
Care for food supplies and leftovers appropriately
Infusing flavours by adding seasonings
Maintain and operate the kitchen in a clean, sanitary, and protected manner during the cooking process
Prepare meals for special events and additions functions, adjusting the dishes accordingly with the dietary needs of the customers
Artfully plating dishes with appropriate portions, accompanied by sauces, gravies, and garnishes.
Develop menu suggestion
Check on store food and supplies are delivered
Controlling the temperature of ovens, grills, and various cooking equipment

Requirements





· Relevant Qualification or 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification.

· At least 1 year of experience in the relevant role.

· Ability to work under pressure.

· Organisational and time management skills.

· Excellent attention to detail.

· Confident manner.

· Positive approach to change.

Position: Full Time (at least 38 hours per week)

Salary: $79,000 – 90,000 per year

Location: 15 Point St, Fremantle WA 6160
