HammondCare Erina is currently looking for PPT & CAS Specialised Carer DEMENTIA Carers to join our team.

Our Model of Care

With our unique cottage-style model of care, you will help create a home away from home for our residents.

Responsibilities
Personal care – showering, grooming, toileting etc
Meal preparation and cooking
Provide life engagement and activities
Support residents with levels of dementia
Recognise, report and respond appropriately to changes in the conditions of residents within your skills and competencies

Qualifications
Have a genuine passion for serving elderly people & want to make a difference in their lives
Be adaptable and able to commit to a range of shifts including nights & weekends
Value teamwork but also be able to work independently and show initiative
Have knowledge & experience of people living with Dementia & their needs
Applicants with Cert III or Cert IV in Aged Care would be viewed favourably
