Role Description

Salary package $230-$300k + super

This is a multiple full time hybrid role for a Senior System Analyst based in Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney, GoldCoast, Brisbane, Darwin, Perth, Adelaide, Tasmania, Auckland with flexibility for remote work. The Senior System Analyst will oversee and perform systems analysis, identify and solve technical issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs. Responsibilities also include performing business analysis, enhancing system performance, troubleshooting problems,



and recommending solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiencies.

Qualifications
Only current Australian and New Zealand permanent residency holders may apply.
Proficiency in Systems Analysis and Business Analysis to assess, document, and improve system processes.
Robust Analytical Skills to identify patterns, address challenges, and find data-driven solutions.
Experience with Information Technology systems, tools, and infrastructure.
Expertise in identifying, diagnosing, and troubleshooting system issues.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Proven experience in similar roles with a strong focus on system optimization.
Basic knowledge of finance or investment industries is a plusroven experience in similar roles with a robust focus on system optimization.
