As they embark on a finance transformation journey, they are seeking a Payroll Officer to join their energetic team. This is a hands‑on role where your expertise ensures payroll accuracy for a diverse workforce across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end‑to‑end payroll for a large, multi‑site workforce using ADP or similar systems.
Ensure compliance with awards, enterprise agreements, and payroll legislation.
Partner with HR and Finance to resolve payroll queries and streamline processes.
Assist with payroll reporting, audits,
and month‑end activities.
Support system upgrades and automation initiatives.
About You:
4+ years of payroll experience in a high‑volume, quick‑paced environment.
Degree‑qualified in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
Strong working knowledge of ADP, SAP, or similar payroll systems.
Detail‑oriented with excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is highly regarded.
Base Pay Range: A$100,000.00/yr – A$110,000.00/yr
