Senior Civil Engineer – Sydney

Our Civil Section is a team-oriented team of engineers, designers, drafters and interns working on a varied scope of projects in the built environment. You will lead projects from concept to construction, client‑facing throughout, and mentor junior staff.

Key Responsibilities
Lead project teams and deliver technical results for civil projects (built form, road infrastructure, precinct development, and public domain works).
Provide weekly planning support to junior team members.
Mentor up‑and‑coming engineers.
Contribute to technical development across the civil section.
Lead client interactions, design review meetings and design coordination.

Candidate Attributes
3–7 years of local experience as a civil engineering consultant on built‑form projects.




Tertiary qualification in Engineering.
Experience designing roads, intersections, pavements, earthworks and stormwater drainage.
Strong time‑management and autonomous working skills.
Knowledge of local government regulatory frameworks and statutory compliance.
Proficiency with 12D and other civil modelling software (DRAINS, MUSIC, Autoturn, AutoCAD).
Excellent communication: clear, concise, compelling writing and speaking.
Creative problem‑solving and team ethic across offices.
