About the Company

We are searching for Finance Manager to join a multi-site Australian retailer based in North Sydney, with national footprint. Reporting to the CFO, you will be supporting the finance function, overseeing reporting processes, and partnering with stakeholders across the business to provide financial insight and support commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Manage month-end and financial reporting processes
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Provide commercial insights to operational stakeholders
Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls
Assist with audit, compliance, and statutory requirements
Support continuous improvement of finance processes and systems

About You
CA or CPA qualified
Solid technical accounting and reporting experience
Prior exposure to Microsoft Dynamics or Business Central advantageous




Experience working in a multi-site environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Retail or consumer-facing industry experience is beneficial
