About the Client

Our client is a prominent organisation in the performing arts industry, working closely with producers, music promoters, theatres, arenas, festivals and service providers.

The Role

Our client is seeking a smart, enthusiastic, friendly lawyer with legal knowledge of the Australian Workplace Relations environment.

Responsibilities
Employment and workplace relations and/or industrial relations, or a similar field
Interpreting and providing advice in respect of relevant state and federal employment and industrial relations legislation, up-to-date awards and contracts




Developing and maintaining effective, professional internal and external working relationships with a range of stakeholders
Working co-operatively in a small team environment with tight deadlines

Qualifications
Legal qualification
2–5+ years experience in a similar employment advisory role
Previous experience providing workplace relations advice (essential)
