The Role

You’ll be the steady hand guiding clients from their first call to long after settlement — managing onboarding, coordinating finance, and keeping everyone aligned. You’ll combine relationship building, project coordination, and system discipline to deliver a high-trust, high-touch experience that drives loyalty, referrals, and results.

What You’ll Do
Welcome new clients, set expectations, and coordinate onboarding
Liaise with brokers and internal teams to keep finance and approvals on track
Support Strategy Leads and Buyer’s Agents with clean briefs and smooth handovers
Keep clients engaged through regular updates and insights
Oversee the deal journey from offer to settlement
Drive retention through post-purchase follow-ups, check-ins, and NPS
