The Role

Working in Surrey Hills, you’ll support NDIS participants aged 6–65 years across a varied community caseload, including:
Neurological conditions
Spinal cord injuries
Multiple Sclerosis, Cerebral Palsy, Motor Neuron Disease

This is a community-based role, delivering functional, participant-led therapy across homes, day centres, parks and clinic spaces.

You’ll:
Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans
Build long‑term relationships and see real progress
Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team

Our Graduate Program

A graduate‑specific induction week (NDIS, community practice & life at Better Rehab)
1:1 discipline‑specific supervision
6 months of structured induction, training and upskilling
4 paid study leave days per year

Qualifications
Physiotherapy qualification (graduating in 2026 or January 2027)
Passion for supporting people with disability
Driver’s licence and own vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
