What the role involves

As an Account Manager, you’ll deliver expert advice and tailored insurance solutions to a well-established portfolio of SME and Commercial clients. You’ll also play a key role in supporting new business growth across the SME and mid-market sectors.

Your responsibilities include:
Provide strategic, customised insurance advice across a diverse range of industries.
Contribute to business growth by identifying prospects and building strong relationships through networking and client engagement.
Develop and present competitive insurance strategies aligned to client risk profiles and business goals.
Build and maintain long term, trust-based relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service.
Partner with underwriting, operations, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

What we're looking for:
We are looking for a qualified broker with Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification
Relevant SME or Commercial broking experience with the desire to learn more
Strong desire to be part of a community and collaborative team environnment.
