A leading Sunshine Coast firm is seeking a driven Litigation Senior Lawyer to join its growing dispute resolution practice, with a focus on building & construction matters.

Working closely with other experienced senior practitioners across construction, litigation and insolvency, this role offers excellent exposure to a diverse mix of contentious matters and the opportunity to build a well‑rounded practice.

You will work across a mix of civil litigation and construction disputes , with exposure to:
Security of payment adjudications and related appeals
Contractual disputes across residential and commercial projects
Insolvency‑related litigation, including corporate and personal matters
Court processes including pleadings, interlocutory applications, trials and appeals





This is a hands‑on role with robust file ownership and client interaction from the outset.

About You
5+ years’ PAE in civil litigation and/or construction law
Solid working knowledge of UCPR and court processes
Experience or exposure to Security of Payment legislation (highly regarded)
Familiarity with Australian Standard and Master Builders/HIA contracts
Exposure to insolvency or bankruptcy matters (advantageous)
A proactive, commercially minded approach with robust attention to detail
