THE PROSPECT We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Superintendent with a strong mining background to join our team at a remote underground mine site. RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, you will:
Lead a team of supervisors and set the standard for safety and performance on site
Assist the Project Manager with daily operations and project delivery
Monitor project progress and report on cost, scope, and schedule
Review plans and drawings to support estimating and pricing strategies
Maintain detailed records of work‑in‑progress and project communications
Complete daily and weekly project reports
Participate in project planning, reviews, and audits
ABOUT YOU
Positive attitude and strong problem‑solving skills
Proven leadership in site safety and team management
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role (mining experience preferred)
Working at Heights (Completed in the last 16 months)
