This is a outstanding opportunity for people who enjoy swimming, love working with people, and want to teach the skills of swimming and the value of water safety.
The Role
The Learn To Swim Instructor provides swimming lessons to groups, schools, and individuals within swimming program guidelines in a safe, fun and educational workplace in which students progressively learn to swim.
Skills & Attributes
Energetic, innovative and decisive teaching style
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends and must be empathetic to the needs of the classes
Ability to work effectively both independently and as a strong and valuable part of the team
Current First Aid (Level 2)
Current CPR Certificate
Essential Requirements
National Police / Criminal History Check
Working with Children / Working with Vulnerable People Check
Desirable Criteria
First Aid Certificate
Current CPR Certificate
Qualified Swim Teacher Certificate
