ABOUT THE ROLE
A rare prospect has arisen for a talented Finance Manager to support the CEO in business operations and develop a finance team whilst improving process efficiencies, developing internal controls and delivering business insights. The individual in this role will use all of their stakeholder management skills across the organisation to build productive relationships, from senior leaders to operational staff whilst leading by example in the following areas:
DUTIES
Lead and develop a finance team of 3 to deliver an effective day to day finance function
Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting
Develop and lead a robust annual budget and forecast process
Maintain strong attention to detail around cash flow management
Provide key decision makers with insightful analysis
Be hands on with compliance and statutory reporting requirements
Collaborate with essential operational leaders on various projects and initiatives
Take a strategic lead on process and systems improvements
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Prior exposure to membership or club services industries will be advantageous
3+ years Team leadership and mentoring experience is essential
CA or CPA qualification
Robust communication and an eye for detail
Self-starter, hands on and motivated
