About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Change Manager to lead enterprise‑wide change initiatives within the Enterprise Customer & Operations team.

Responsibilities
Design, develop and implement change management strategies, plans and education programs.
Assess change impacts, business readiness and plan to address gaps.
Build relationships with stakeholders, manage change barriers and recommend mitigation strategies.
Define training requirements, create training plans and engage SMEs or third parties.
Ensure service level agreements and KPIs are maintained.
Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and practices.
Model ASX values, break down silos and collaborate across teams.
Act as a trusted advisor, influence stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
Prepare executive and governance papers, briefings and updates.
Support the Enterprise Enablement function and other activities as required.

Qualifications
Relevant qualification or training in change management, project management, communications, psychology or equivalent.
Proven track record as a Senior Change Manager on complex change projects.




Experience with data, regulatory or risk focused projects.
Solid project management skills and experience working with business and project teams.
Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work at pace and build high‑trust relationships.
Experience with mandated delivery frameworks and creativity within compliance.
Proficient with Atlassian (Confluence, JIRA), Microsoft tools (SharePoint, PowerPoint).
Legal authorization to work permanently in Australia.

Nice to Have
Experience leading change in financial services.
Experience analysing learning requirements and delivering training.
Skills in creating audio and visual change management and training material.
Experience on regulatory projects.
