Detailed Description Of The Project

Project Objective

Support with various activities within the Global H&S; area.

Challenges for the Students

Develop skills in administrative management, creativity applied to presentations, reports, websites, attention to detail, and problem‑solving.

Main Responsibilities And Activities To Be Carried Out
Prepare the team’s weekly activity report.
Prepare the monthly global H&S; indicators report.




Create two monthly H&S; messages for OGV.
Address regional requests regarding the global dashboard and Intelex.
Prepare various presentations for the area.
Support information requests from corporate and regional areas.
Contribute to activities related to the Global H&S; Awards.
Update area materials in line with Cemex’s current branding and identity.
Prepare global safety alerts.
Update the list with the status of F2 reports.

Specific Requirements / Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in English.
Analytical skills.
Teamwork.
Problem‑solving.
Self‑motivation for learning.
Attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams).
A plus would be experience with Power BI and data science.
