CASUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTENDANT – RSA/RCG

Do you want to be part of a team where staff feel they are valued and appreciated? CLUB BLACKTOWN is on the lookout for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Attendants.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across a variety of departments including bars, café/restaurant, gaming, reception, functions, and events.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Attendant, you’ll be responsible for:

Greeting and assisting members and guests with warmth and professionalism

Preparing and serving food and beverages (bar, café, tray service, barista duties)

Providing service on the gaming floor (pokies, cashier, compliance)

Delivering positive, protected and memorable experiences to all patrons

Supporting team members and contributing to a welcoming Club setting

This is a casual position with a variety of shifts available across mornings, days, evenings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays. Flexibility is essential and applicants must be willing work hours that are in line with our trade requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

RSA & RCG (required before commencing)

Previous hospitality or customer service experience - bar, café, gaming, restaurants, clubs, pubs (desirable but not essential)

Safe Food Handlers Certificate (advantageous)

Unrestricted Right to Work in Australia
