The Role
An exciting chance for an experienced Control Systems Engineer to provide technical leadership across SCADA, PLC, RTU and industrial control systems. Working across projects and operational environments, you'll play a key role in delivering reliable, safe and high-performing automation solutions.
Lead control systems engineering from design through to commissioning and handover
Configure, maintain and troubleshoot PLC, RTU and SCADA systems
Support incident investigations, root cause analysis and reliability improvements
Provide technical guidance to contractors and system integrators
Contribute to engineering standards, asset lifecycle planning and continuous improvement
Mentor junior engineers and collaborate across Operations, Projects and Asset Management teams
Your Background
Degree qualified in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Control Systems or similar
Solid experience with PLC, SCADA and RTU systems in industrial settings
Background in utilities, water, energy, mining, manufacturing or other heavy industry
Experience in commissioning, fault finding and engineering change management
Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
