Opportunity
This 18‑month full‑time fixed‑term contract (with the possibility to extend) is responsible for coordinating installation, commissioning, and engineering activities on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
Prepare and review drawings and plans for mechanical and electrical installations.
Liaise with clients, direct builders and sub‑contractors.
Promote innovation, improvement, risk identification and safety management covering Occupational Health, Safety, and the Setting.
Obtain necessary materials and resources.
Organise and supervise inspection and maintenance of installed equipment.
Day‑to‑day management of sub‑contractors.
Coordinate regular inspection of works for quality assurance.
Implement commissioning.
Ensure safe installation procedures.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor / Manager installing large capital projects.
Mechanical and/or Electrical trade background.
Technical knowledge of material handling equipment (advantage).
Thorough knowledge of WHSE requirements.
Strong and clear communication skills.
Proven team leadership skills.
Solid computer skills in MS Office products.
Availability to travel interstate and overseas (APAC region) when required.
