My client is seeking a Senior Workday Functional Consultant with solid hands‑on experience implementing and supporting the Workday Advanced Compensation module to join a major Rewards project.

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 12-month Fixed Term Contract (with project currently running until the end of December)

Location: Sydney

Must have
Solid hands‑on experience implementing and supporting the Workday Advanced Compensation module.
Experience configuring, testing and deploying Workday Advanced Compensation solutions.
Robust knowledge of Workday HCM and Core Compensation.
Experience supporting UAT, deployment and post‑implementation activities.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Nice to have




Experience with other Workday functional modules.
Previous experience working on Rewards or Compensation transformation projects.
Workday certifications are highly regarded.
